It's Easy To Be Happy - If you understand what the reasons behind your Happiness and Sadness.

The Brain Chemicals That Make You Happy OR Sad

All of your feelings and emotions are a result of chemical reactions taking place in your body. These reactions are responsible for making you feel happy or sad.

Technically the only two things you feel, happy or sad .

    1)  Happy Hormone SEROTONIN

    2)  Stress Hormone CORTISOL

Serotonin and Cortisol hormones are the chemical messengers that travel, via our blood, to every organ and tissue. But how can you feel when there is too little or too much of a particular hormone running in your body?

What is Serotonin Hormone and its effects?

Serotonin is called “happy hormone”. Serotonin is the main brain chemical responsible for making us feel happy.

It is one of the most important "feel-good" neuro-transmitters. It has been called the “happy molecule” for the role it plays in positive mood, acts as a mood stabilizer.

It has said to help produce healthy sleeping patterns as well as boost your mood. This chemical makes you happy.

With adequate Serotonin levels in the brain and its proper functioning, you will feel positive, elated, happy, confident, contended, joyful and easy-going.

What is Cortisol Hormone and its effects?

Cortisol is called the "stress hormone".  Also called the "public enemy number one".  Produced by the adrenal glands, Cortisol is a key player in stress response.

Understanding cortisol and its effect on life will help you balance your hormones and achieve a good life.

With high levels of Cortisol, you will feel, negative and experience being upset, unhappy, obsessive, irritable, depressed, frustrated, sleepless, having migraines, panic attacks etc. This chemical makes you anxious and thereby sad.

These small hormones have a powerful negative effect on your life.  If not controlled, they work against you.

Don't let the silly little hormones steal your happiness.

Happy or Sad - The Choice is Yours

I Feel Sad, But I Don't Know WHY I Am Sad

Why do I feel so sad without any reason?

Sometimes we get sad about things it's natural. But sometimes we are sad but we really don't know why we are sad.

Answer is : High levels of stress hormones cortisol in the brain is the reason behind your sadness.

How to decrease stress hormones cortisol ?

Reduce stress hormones cortisol through positive thinking.

Every thought releases some type of chemical.

When positive thoughts are generated in the mind, stress hormone cortisol decreases and the brain produces happy hormone serotonin, creating a feeling of happiness.

When negative thoughts are generated in the mind, happy hormone serotonin decreases and the brain produces stress hormone cortisol, creating a feeling of sadness.

A man is but the product of his own thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.

For example : -

Insaan bechain sad hota hai sirf kam ilm ki wajah se. agar aap achih tarha samaj liye ke insaan kab aur kaise sad/happy feel karta hai aur happy aur sad hone ka assal scientific reason kya hai. to insaan kabhi unneccessary sad nahi hoga.

It's Easy To Be Happy - If you understand what the reasons behind your Happiness and Sadness.

Jab kabhi aap sad feel karrahe ho. to samaj lo ke aap ke zehen mein sad hormones cortisol ki tahdad bad gayee hai. isko aap khud hi positive thinking ke zariye asani se theek karsakte ho.

jaise agar aap kabhi night sleeping time, early morning (Morning depression), dull climate, or when i alone (loneliness) etc, mein yeh sad feel karrahe ho aur aap ko khud maloom nahi ho raha hai ke . I Feel Sad, But I Don't Know WHY I Am Sad. to samaj lo ke aap ke brain mein stress hormone paida hogaye hain aur inki tahdad badgayee hai.

Ab aap apne aap se, kehdo ke ye sadness stress hormones ka khel hai. Jo mere brain mein ghoom rahe hain, Aur mujhe is stress hormones aur sadness ke saat jeena nahi. aur mujhe khush rehna hai. When this type of positive thoughts are generated, stress hormone cortisol decreases and the brain produces happy hormone serotonin, creating a feeling of happiness. Now Alhamdulillah you feel happy.

Why do we feel depressed in Cloudy and Rainy weather?

I live in Brazil, a tropical country where we get LOTS of sunlight. Sometimes, it’s even a little too much for my taste. And I grew up hearing people say that Brazilians are happy people because of the sun. I had teachers who said that we were happier than the people who live in Toronto, for example because we have more sun. It was a fact that I just accepted for itself, without question whether it had a scientific basis.

Well, it turns out that yes, science backs up the idea that sunlight makes you happier. According to research, sunlight has the power to give the body a cue to release more serotonin. Serotonin is known as the “happiness hormone”. It lifts our moods, gives us more energy and increases our concentration. Low levels of serotonin are one of the typical symptoms of depression the mental illness.

So when it’s raining a lot and you don’t get enough sunlight, that can lower your serotonin levels and trigger what we call “Seasonal Affective Disorder” (SAD), a type of depression that comes when the seasons change.
